[ Seago, 22 Pimlico Road, London ] A Large 18th Century Terracotta Group of "Neptune en Majesté", portrayed with Amphitrite and their off-spring, the young Triton. Attributed to Nicolas-Sébastien Adam. Le Jeune (1705-1778). École Lorraine. Amongst his most notable works Nicolas, together with his brother Lambert-Sigisbert, sculpted the huge Neptune Fountain display at Versailles, cast in Lead and completed in 1740.
