Marks: Parai hall-mark (rooster walking towards right with the number 1 on bottom right enclosed in an octagon) and mark of the first moyenne garantie (helmeted female profile looking towards the right) for 1809-19. The maker's name appears once in its complete for (J. Bte Cde Odiot) and once in initials (JBCO around a shield within a diamond) (S. Grandjean L'orfevrerie du XIXe Siecle en Europe. Paris. 1962. 142 and 144-451).

This example is the only English table clock of this type with a pendulum controlled verge escapement.
