The armchairs are very similar in design and undoubtedly by the same maker as the Regency Suite now in the Library at Chatsworth, Derbyshire and originally made for the saloon Devonshire House, Piccadilly. There is a Watercolour at Chatsworth by William Hunt dated 1822 showing the interior of the Saloon furnished with this suite.
